Avtar Singh Dhooper was convicted of the manslaughter of Gurdarshan Singh Bilkhu in 1994 and in 2007 he was convicted of the manslaughter of Gurdev Singh 64.
He killed Gurdarshan Bilkhu with a pick axe handle in 1994 in West Bromwich. He was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 6 years.
He killed Gurdev Singh beat in his home and left him to die outside on the pavement. Gurdev Singh's blood was found splattered on Avtar Dhooper's ceiling. He was sentenced to a minimum of 3.5 years.
